CIS-Car Dealer offers a number of functions to centralize all the contacts and interactions with clients of car dealers in a database in a rapid and efficient manner. With this system, it is easy to have at the entire organization’s disposal the knowledge accumulated throughout the relationship and interactions with a client, –from the moment that they were leads, until they become new clients, up until they become frequent clients or customers.
This is possible through the interaction of the various system modules, for example:
1. Customer module:
It manages the socio-demographic information on leads and customers that fit into/ match the car business profile.
Profiles may be configured both per individual or corporate user (habits and preferences).
It manages the record of purchases, purchasing frequency, and types of purchases.
2. Agenda:
With this module, the system’s users may record things pending to be done on a specific date, time, and frequency. Thus, the system may remind the sales executive, for example, to call a client, or to make a call, a delivery, or a post-sale follow-up call.
2.1. Driving appointments:
With CIS-Car Dealer, driving appointments may be scheduled online. Driving appointments are a customer procurement tool regarded as optimum for car dealers to effect a sale, with the help of direct marketing tools that the agency may define through the system.
3. Interactions module:
The interactions module captures the various contacts and interactions with leads and clients.
It may be used by anyone in the organization to record contacts with customers at all times.
Non-replied contacts are automatically put to a pending status.
Pending contacts may be sent to another system user within or outside the company for proper follow-up.
4. Quote configurator:
Based on existing information and knowledge about the customer, the quote configurator allows the user to configure and send quotes by various channels, such as email, direct mail, fax, or customer service.
5. Campaigns module:
The campaigns module allows the user to carry out and follow up on direct marketing campaigns.
These direct marketing campaigns may apply to customer segments configurable by the user.
The segments are determined by characteristics. For each characteristic, a comparative criterion and a comparable value (sex, age and likings) must be defined.
For each promotion, beginning and closing dates may be defined, as well as the budget and expected results.
6. Customer service module:
The costumer service module manages the contacts made by different selling channels, record of contacts, types of contacts (complaints, requests, spare parts service, post-sale evaluation), as well as pending issues, automatic agenda, driving appointments, quotes, and so forth.
The customer service module may be integrated to the current workshop, spare parts, and billing systems.
Thus, CIS-Car Dealer allows the user to:
Develop a direct communication at all stages of the car selling process, and thereby separate into segments the strategic possibilities offered by the sales efforts at each stage.
CIS-Car Dealer allows the user to establish the mechanisms not to loose any customer contacts, and check/make sure that their experience is always satisfactory.
CIS-Car Dealer allows managers to continuously oversee their sales force, since it manages products, service, and the sales efforts.
CIS-Car Dealer may be integrated to the CIS-Salesforce software. Modules for sales executives may be run on a PDA, and information may be synchronized remotely.
