With CIS- Ad.Agency, your projects’ development is administered through work orders (WOs):
• Keeps track of the tasks assigned to each individual working on a project or customer, thereby optimizing project work.
• The system registers related costs information by client campaign or work order.
• It enables you to keep track of all the work done, thereby facilitating an effective collection.
• Reprocessing may be quantified, as well as its causes, and the cost for the company.
CIS- Ad.Agency Modules
Order generation and management:
In this module project executives and managers may generate work a job orders for the various company departments or the different partner companies involved in the business process. Moreover, reference charts and other documents relating to a project’s development may be attached.
A project may be assigned to one or several individuals in the departments or areas involved. And, in the case of recurrent jobs, CIS Ad.Agency may be programmed so that all persons involved are automatically notified.
CIS- Ad.Agency sends email notifications on the orders generated in the course of a project.
The project manager will review the WOs and their due date, and will assign the project with the necessary resources. If the due dates are changed, the system will automatically email all those involved.
CIS- Ad.Agency generates work assignment reports, per department and per staff member on a daily basis.
Hours tracking:
In this module each staff member must assign a number of hours to the clients or projects they are working on, thereby allowing for an adequate measuring of the resources assigned to fulfill each task. This enables you to better quote for your company’s services, facilitating collection and assessment of your projects’ and clients’ profitability.
Once work orders enter the various departments and projects are concluded, if these projects are returned to a department for changes CIS Project may record the kind of changes and the time needed to make them, so as to allow for an effective control of the different kinds of reprocessing – per client, per group of services, per department, and per executive– as well as the cost of such reprocessing.
Calendar:
You may view the current work and present status globally and in an easily understandable manner. Thus, there are calendars per client, per department, per person who generated the order, and per person assigned with an order, thereby making it possible to search for specific orders.
Reports:
With the reporting module, you may see in real time what is happening in the company. Thus, based on an overall outlook you may go to the specifics through tools that will enable you to see specific work orders based on a general report. Moreover, work flows may be redefined and reports may be produced either by department or by user.
For example, in reprocessing reports you can click on any jobs that have been reprocessed above average levels.
